Trase started as a personal problem. Now it's a product for the whole of Scandinavia.

Why Trase exists

I spent 45 minutes every month chasing 15–20 invoices from Figma, Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe and a handful of other portals. That's 9+ hours a year on something a machine should handle. So I built Trase.

Who's behind it

Trase is built by Mads Bach Andersen, product designer and solo founder at Bixel Ventures. Danish freelancer. Based in Denmark. Building Trase to solve my own problem first — then for every other Nordic freelancer with the same friction.

My mission

I believe that receipt chasing should be automated away, not optimised. Trase is built for the freelancer who should never have spent a Sunday afternoon downloading invoices from 20 portals.
